The owner of Bolante.NET, Rebecca Bolante is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Threat Manager. After serving 15 years at Chemeketa Community College as the Director of Disability Services, Associate Dean of Life Safety, and started the new department as the Director of the Threat and Disaster Resource Center, Bolante had the vision to start Bolante.NET, a network of experts providing training in the areas of threat assessment and disaster response.
A convening authority and leader in the areas of threat assessment and management, Bolante is on the Vice President for the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals Northwest Chapter, Vice President for ASIS Willamette Valley Chapter, and serves as the Co-Vice Chair for ASIS International School Safety & Security Council. Bolante has been published in peer-reviewed journals and is currently on the editorial board for the American Psychological Association (APA) Journal of Threat Assessment and Management.
An active Behavioral Threat Assessment and Psychological First Aid Trainer, Bolante and her team of experts are passionate about providing the training and consulting for organizations and businesses to have a threat management plan in place on how to prevent, react and respond to a disaster – whether natural or instigated.
